Segments Breakdown

The segments list is our handy go to for adding recipients to campaigns.

This list is populated based on the users and groups within NBCUScreeners.

Note: When a new group is created within NBCUScreeners it will be added to campaign monitor at midnight and will be available the next day. Please keep this in mind when planning a campaign to allow for the segment to populate.

The segment checklist can only be accessed via the campaign recipients screen during the campaign creation process. 

We prefer this method of adding recipients be used as this will help keep the Lists and subscribers menu organized and easily accessible by all admins.

To add a segment to your campaign, select the drop down arrow next to the NBCUScreeners option.

Then select the checkbox next to your specific segment.

Important: Do Not Check the box as this will send out the campaign to everyone within NBCUScreeners and not just your recipients.
