Within the Placement Optimization Grid, the toolbar across the top of the interface provides information and options to manipulate the traffic plan.
1.The Key shows the optimal placement score for the shows on the traffic plan by using a color gradient. If the show is Gray, it is a Neutral placement, or average Target Index. If the show is Plum, it is a less optimal placement, or low Target Index, and if the show is Green, it is a more optimal placement, or High Target Index. Blended confirms users are viewing Target Indices that are blended across all Target Audience included in the Media Plan.
2.The Blue Bars highlight the GRP information in the Traffic Plan. The top bar shows total placed GRPs over the total available GRPs. The bottom bar shows total placed Seconds over the total available Seconds.
1.Both Primary and Secondary Campaigns scheduled for the selected week are options and displayed on the left, and searchable as well.
2.Users can click on a Campaign to highlight, and the Show Details link will expand the Campaign.
3.Once expanded, the Plan Metric, the associated Creatives, the GRP Goal, and Priority will be displayed for the Campaign.
4.If the plan has been optimized, the number of Units placed, number of GRPs placed, Target Index for the Campaign, and percentage of Plan GRP’s that were placed are also displayed.
5.The GRP Goal and Priority can be updated directly here and changes are reflected throughout the solution.
1.The Edit View button opens a menu that provides options for displaying the traffic plan. At the top of the menu is a Zoom In/Out Slider, and directly below is an option to display Shows during a specific time range and a toggle between All Day and Prime Time shows only.
2.The additional options within the Edit View menu allow users to show All Inventory, only the Available Inventory, show the Material ID’s, show the Hit Times, filter to a specific Inventory Group, or filter to a specific House Number.
3.The Update Inventory button will import any new inventory updates that exist in Sintec Traffic System into the traffic plan. Updating Inventory will overwrite anything in the Traffic Plan with what exists in Sintec and clear any Unsaved or Unlocked placements.
4.The Export Traffic Log button will export the completed Traffic Plan to Sintec Traffic System.
5.The Check Out All button will check out all days for the Traffic Plan you are currently viewing (either Primary or Secondary). Checking out a day or all days allows users to save specific changes. If the day or week is not checked out you will not be able to save changes.
6.Please remember to Save often as you progress so your work is not lost.
