Re-Setting Windows / Mac App

If you need to perform a re-install of your FineCut Desktop app, please do the following to ensure the app is fully removed from your computer before reinstalling FineCut.

From your Mac:

1. Open Finder.
2. Click on Go —> Go To Folder
3. Type in “/Applications” to go to the Applications folder in Finder.
4. Delete the FineCut app from your /Applications folder.
5. Click on Go —> Go to Folder and type in "~/Library/Application Support”
6. Delete any folders that start with "com.mediafly.”, “MediaflyDesktopViewer”, “MediaflyViewer_finecut1206”, "MediaflyViewer_finecut1206_beta"

From your PC:

1. Click Start Button.
2. Type Control Panel and hit Enter.
3. Navigate to Programs and Features.
4. Select the FineCut app and select uninstall. 
5. A reboot is not required but recommended.
