There are three options for resetting your password:
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link from the login screen and an email will be sent to you with a reset link - this link expires within 1 hour.
- Ask an admin to send a password reset URL which expires in 24 hours.
- Enter your email address here: https://airship.mediafly.com/usermanagement/passwords/requestreset.
