While rare, you may occasionally run into a web viewer playback error. Here's what you can do:
3322 DRM error blocking video playback
When you encounter this message and you cannot view the content:
"[3322] Playback for this video has failed due to a DRM error. If this problem persists, please contact your Administrator."
Please check and make sure your browser and Flash version is up to date. Updating Chrome will automatically update Flash for Chrome.
Also, please go to the below link and reset the DRM licenses for your machine in case there is a conflict.
