To add content, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the folder you would like to upload content to
- From the Items tab, click either the Create drop-down and select one of the options listed or simply drag and drop the file into the green area that will appear when dragging onto the page.
NOTE: Content uploaded within the last 14 days will appear with a "New" Banner on the viewer. The user will be able to follow the banner down to where the content is located. This banner will remain for 2 weeks or until the user has accessed the new content.
Notice: In order to avoid upload errors, ensure any new files used to replace existing ones are named identically. Any variation in file name may cause an error to occur.
To update content, navigate to the the folder and/or file via the Media Management screen and from the Items tab, complete one of the options below under the Actions column.
