If you experiencing problems with playback, please submit a playback log so the support team can investigate.
1. Select More
2. Select Settings.
3. Select More
3. Select Error Logs.
5. Tap email icon 
and a pre-populated email will be generated including log info.
6. Add FineCut.team@nbcuni.com to the "To" line and hit send (while keeping mediafly.com email)
