Below are descriptions of the available reports to select in TiVo promo optimizer:
The Conversion Report measures viewers who viewed one or more promotions and whether they tuned into the program airing that was promoted.
The Cross Brand Report lists individual placements.
The Plan Placement Report lists individual placements, for a particular broadcast week.
The Planned vs. Delivered TRP’s Report compares the placed TRP goals with the delivered TRP goals.
Play Counts Report - The user can choose to see a report of how many spots placed for a given time period, grouped by various criteria. For example, the user can choose to see how many house numbers aired over a particular period, or how many spots were aired for an account/campaign.
Played Status Report shows spots played for a particular account, campaign or media plan. The report indicates if the spot was scheduled, aired, or both. This report can be used to validate that played matched what was scheduled through Audience Works for Marketing.
The Report on Impressions provides information on the performance of an account. The user can review how many impressions a campaign achieved over a period of time, calculated with either telecast or commercial ratings. The user can select: Target HH Impressions, Target Person Impressions, Target Impressions (Based on configured Target Group).
Core Demo Impressions Report - The plan weight metric used for the plan.
The Report on Ratings displays the rating trend for particular shows or campaigns. This can be drilled down into more detail, such as the rating points attained for each house number of a particular account.
The Report on Reach shows the unique reach for an audience, grouped by broadcast day or week.
The Scheduled to Play report reviews lists of spots scheduled to air in the Audience Works for Marketing Application. Note that this report will not be filled until an export has taken place.
The Spot Performance Report reviews individual spot performance for data during a particular time period, such as: HH Impressions, Person Impressions, Target Impressions, Core Demo Impressions, Total GRP, Target GRP, Core Demo TRP.
The Unique Spots Report reviews the number of times that particular house numbers have played. This report can be sorted by play count to see which house numbers have aired the most times. A play count of 0 indicates that a spot has not been played. A user can look through the spot durations and play counts to determine if too many spots of a particular length were created.
